These Terms are an agreement between you and Swapp LLC, a company registered in Ukraine (registration number 93430916) ("we", "us"), who provides the Wanne app. By using Wanne, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Eligibility

Wanne is for adults of legal drinking age in your region. You must confirm your age to use the app.

What Wanne is

Wanne provides general, AI-generated wine information and recommendations for educational purposes. It does not sell alcohol and contains no purchase or checkout links. AI-generated content may be inaccurate or incomplete — always verify wine details, allergen, and ingredient information on the physical label. Wanne does not provide medical advice. Do not drink alcohol if you are pregnant or advised against it.

Acceptable use

Use the app only for its intended purpose and in compliance with applicable law. Do not misuse, interfere with, reverse engineer, or attempt to disrupt the service.

Subscriptions

Wanne offers a free tier and an auto-renewable "Pro" subscription (annual or monthly).
Any free trial, and its length, is shown on the purchase screen before you subscribe. Unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it converts to a paid subscription at the price shown.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your App Store account settings. Deleting your Wanne account does not cancel an active subscription.
Prices are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by region.

Disclaimer and liability

Wanne is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made based on the app's recommendations, or for any indirect or consequential damages.

Changes and termination

We may update these Terms or the app, and may suspend or terminate access for misuse. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
